Anita Barone

Anita Barone, a stage actress with a wide range of abilities, mainly associated with sitcoms in TV, got the best chance to shine on screen as Jeff Foxworthy's spouse on the ABC show "The Jeff Foxworthy Show" which aired for one season between 1995 and 1996. Barone's first stage appearance was when she was five in Detroit in the city to which her family moved after moving out of St Louis. She had performed in over 50 shows by the age of 23 mostly for regional and university theatres as well as for regional productions. The role she played was Juliet, a frightened young nun in "Agnes of God,"" Helen Keller, the leading character of "Monday After the Miracle"" as well as Juliet also as Juliet in "Romeo as well as Juliet." The year 1987 was the first time she had part in a feature film named "Ricochet". In addition, she part of a scene from "The Roseary Murders". Then, in the year 1996, she was the role of the lead actress in an uninvolved romantic comedy known as "Just Friends". Barone was commissioned by NBC in the 1990-91 time frame as a shareholder for "Carol and Company" which was the failed attempt by Carol Burnett at reviving the sketch comedy/variety series. Barone played the role in "Wounded Heart", a 1995 USA Network film. She returned to weekly sitcoms with her co-star in "Daddio", NBC 2000, co-starring with Michael Chiklis. Anita Anita Anita
