Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actor. She is well-known for her soap opera roles as Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) and Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). The HBO drama True Blood, she played the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones has a Bachelor of Human Learning from University of Tennessee at Martin. She earned her diploma in the year 1997. She began her teaching career at Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten students and in 1st Grade. Brent Jones moved from UT Martin to Thompsons Station after she got married. Her first teaching job was at Bethesda Elementary, where she taught fourth grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she continued on to teach as she completed her Masters in Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped off the teaching side when they welcomed their oldest son Baylor into their family in 2000. Ashley is focusing her energies for the past 15 years on the wellbeing of the kids in her community and church. Ashley is the leader of the Preschool Ministry at Thompson Station Church in various capacities for more than 13 years. While Ashley was home with her children they spent three years at home schooling. Ashley taught History at her home school in their time of school at home. God has shown her family that even though she loved doing homeschooling and spending time with them and spending time with them, it was the right the time to send Ashley back to school. Brent and Ashley are the parents of five kids. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor, an GCA graduate, attends UT Martin and is a baseball player at UT Martin. Callan a GCA-grad goes to Western Kentucky University. The family is busy that loves fishing for fish and hunting, as well as watching each other cheer on their favorite sports and activities.
